7. Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Herbanica follows a:
No Return | No Refund | Exchange Only Policy

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival, or
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

Exchange Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video/photos are mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Exchange Process

    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Supporting proof (images/video)
  2. Our team will review the request within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved:
    • Reverse pickup will be arranged, or
    • Self-shipping may be required if pickup is unavailable
  4. Replacement will be shipped after inspection

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences (fragrance, texture, results)
  • Minor outer packaging damage
  • Courier-related delays

Important Notes

    • No refunds are provided under any circumstances
    • Only one exchange per order is allowed
