At Herbanica, we maintain strict quality standards. Please note the following terms regarding returns and exchanges:
- We do not offer returns on any products purchased from our website.
- All products are non-refundable once purchased.
Exchange Eligibility
An item may be eligible for exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
- The product is received in a physically damaged condition
- You have received a wrong product/order
How to Request an Exchange
- You must inform our Customer Care team within 4 business days of receiving the order by emailing us at info@herbanica.co
- All exchange requests will be reviewed and validated by our team
Exchange Process
- Once approved, you will receive instructions via email within 2 business days
- A reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days after confirmation
- After receiving the product, we will conduct a quality inspection
- Upon approval, the replacement product will be shipped to you
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please email us at info@herbanica.co with the reason for cancellation.
