1. Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is successfully placed, it is processed by our system and undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. After passing inspection, the products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package at the earliest. If they are unable to reach your address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery.

2. Packaging

At Herbanica, we take pride in our packaging quality. All products are packed in sturdy boxes and protected with a recycled plastic layer to ensure safe delivery.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment approximately 24 hours after dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • We maintain ready stock to ensure fresh and non-expired products.

Delays:
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to logistics issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified via your registered email ID or phone number.

Mega Sale Events:
During high-demand sale periods, dispatch timelines may extend. We aim to dispatch all such orders within 5 days from the order date.

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard shipping charges apply

Within India:

  • Orders below ₹1000: Flat ₹100 shipping fee
  • Orders above ₹1000: Free shipping
