Return & Exchange Policy

At Herbanica, we maintain strict quality standards. Please note the following terms regarding returns and exchanges:

  • We do not offer returns on any products purchased from our website.
  • All products are non-refundable once purchased.

Exchange Eligibility

An item may be eligible for exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:

  1. The product is received in a physically damaged condition
  2. You have received a wrong product/order

How to Request an Exchange

  • You must inform our Customer Care team within 4 business days of receiving the order by emailing us at info@herbanica.co
  • All exchange requests will be reviewed and validated by our team

Exchange Process

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions via email within 2 business days
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days after confirmation
  • After receiving the product, we will conduct a quality inspection
  • Upon approval, the replacement product will be shipped to you

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please email us at info@herbanica.co with the reason for cancellation.

    • Prepaid Orders:
      • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
      • Approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit
